Facilitator / Coach

UpNext is seeking dynamic, high-energy facilitators to guide high school students through immersive, real-world leadership and problem-solving workshops. In this role, you will coach small teams as they analyze business challenges, collaborate under time constraints, and present solutions, helping students strengthen communication, confidence, strategic thinking, and teamwork skills. Ideal candidates are engaging mentors with strong presence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to ask powerful questions that spark critical thinking rather than provide answers. This is a highly interactive, impact-driven role suited for educators, coaches, consultants, or leaders passionate about developing the next generation through experiential learning.
Requirements
Proven experience in coaching, teaching, consulting, training, leadership development, or youth mentoring Strong facilitation skills with the ability to guide discussions without dominating them Exceptional communication and presentation skills Ability to engage and manage groups of high school students in a high-energy environment Comfortable using technology and AI-supported tools during workshops Strong critical thinking skills and familiarity with structured problem-solving frameworks (e.g., SWOT, root cause analysis, strategy design) Emotional intelligence and the ability to provide constructive feedback Professional presence and confidence when leading sessions and moderating presentations Available for Saturday workshops (8-hour sessions) with advance scheduling Passion for developing young leaders and helping students build real-world confidence Background in education, business, entrepreneurship, consulting, leadership training, or related fields preferred
